Introduction

Belt conveyors have wide applications, capable of conveying various bulk materials as well as individual lightweight items such as cartons and bags.

They come in diverse structural forms, including troughed belt conveyors, flat belt conveyors, incline belt conveyors, side-tipping belt conveyors, and curved belt conveyors. Additional attachments like pushers, side guards, and skirt boards can be added to the belt to meet various process requirements.

The belt material : rubber, rubber-plastic, PVC, PU, among others. These materials not only cater to general material handling but also fulfill special needs such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-static properties. Food-grade belts are available for industries like food processing, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products.

Belt widths: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm, with other special sizes available upon customer request.

Curved belt conveyors, standard inner radii : R185mm, R600mm, R900mm, and R1200mm, with custom radii available as needed.
