The Shredder control cabinet is an integrated automation control device that combines a PLC, industrial tablet computer, and electrical control circuit. It features a compact structure, stable operation, and comprehensive functionality. Depending on the actual scale of control required, it can be configured in various combinations-either as a standalone cabinet for automatic control or as multiple cabinets interconnected via industrial Ethernet or fieldbus networks to form a Distributed Control System (DCS). The PLC control cabinet is suitable for industrial automation applications of varying scales and has been widely adopted in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, chemical engineering, papermaking, and environmental wastewater treatment.
The PLC used in the control cabinet is from renowned brands such as Siemens, and Omron, while the electrical control circuit employs components from Siemens and so on.
The PLC control cabinet features front and rear access doors, with a single door at the front and double doors at the rear. The front panel is equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, industrial tablet computer, control buttons, and indicator lights. Inside the cabinet, there are two galvanized mounting plates-one at the front and one at the rear. The front plate houses the PLC, signal isolation transmitters, control intermediate relays, and input/output terminals for control signals. The rear plate accommodates circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, and electrical output terminals used in the control circuit.
